8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to avoid using the Service for any illicit or unauthorized reasons. Prohibited activities entail, but are not limited to:

• Providing your access credentials.

Disregarding this policy can cause your account to be terminated without a refund.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

As a service provider, BunnyStream IPTV does not create, host, or store content. We provide access to streams that are already present on the internet. Users are responsible for ensuring they adhere to copyright laws that apply in their jurisdiction.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is presented 'as is' with no warranties of any kind. We do not promise 100% uptime or that all channels will be continuously available. BunnyStream IPTV will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from using or being unable to use the Service.

11. Termination

We possess the right to cease or suspend your account at any point, without notice, for actions that contravene these Terms & Conditions or are harmful to our Service or fellow users.
